- Is a credit card required for the free trial?
- No! You can start your 30-day free trial without a credit card. We'll send you a reminder email 7 days before your trial ends so you can add a payment method to continue.
- Can I change plans later?
- Absolutely! You can upgrade from Freelancer to Agency at any time. If you need to downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- If you've added a payment method, your subscription will begin automatically. If not, your subscription will be paused until you add a payment method — you won't lose any data.
- How does Agency pricing work?
- Agency is priced per user at £49/month (or £39/month billed annually). Your bill scales with your team size.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We offer a full refund within 30 days if you're not satisfied. After 30 days, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
- What currency will I be billed in?
- You'll be billed in the currency you select at checkout — GBP, EUR, or USD. The price shown in your selected currency is what you'll pay.
- Is VAT or sales tax included?
- Prices exclude applicable VAT, sales tax, or similar indirect taxes. Any tax due may be shown before payment confirmation based on your billing country and business status.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're fully GDPR compliant with row-level security ensuring complete data isolation between tenants.
