Phrase TMS has a full connected integration — OAuth login, project sync, and automatic CAT analysis import with word-count pricing. Trados Studio and memoQ support file-based analysis import today: upload your analysis files and VectorLingo parses the word counts automatically. Deep API integration for both is on the roadmap.
Most users send their first quote within 30 minutes of signing up. Setup involves: adding your clients and vendors, setting your rate cards, and connecting your Phrase TMS account (optional). There's no implementation project, no onboarding consultant required.
Yes. VectorLingo supports CSV import for clients and vendors, including contact details, language pairs, and rate cards. If you've been running on spreadsheets, one import gets you current. Our team can help if you have a large database.
No minimum contract and no lock-in. You can choose monthly billing (cancel any time) or annual billing (two months free). The 30-day free trial gives you full access to all features — no credit card required.
Agency plans are priced per user per month. A 3-person agency on the Agency plan (£49/user/month) pays £147/month. Vendor portal access for your freelancers is included at no extra cost — they don't need paid seats.
At the end of your trial you choose a plan and add a payment method to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account pauses — your data is retained for 30 days so you can export or reactivate. Nothing is deleted without notice.
Absolutely. Your data is hosted in London (AWS eu-west-2) via Supabase, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS. We run scheduled daily backups and enforce multi-tenant isolation via row-level security — your data is completely invisible to other tenants. We’re GDPR compliant with a Data Processing Agreement available at vectorlingo.com/legal/dpa.
